HSBC appoints key hire to drive their Merchant Partnerships strategy globally

True North are delighted to announce that HSBC has secured Chanchala Unantenne to head up their Merchant Partnerships strategy globally.

Chanchala was previously at Santander, where she was Head of Customer Loyalty and Cards Marketing, and has joined HSBC to provide business direction on the Card Offer Programs, and negotiate key strategic deals with third party merchants ensuring the overall Card Offers proposition is attractive to consumers. Chanchala will join at an exciting time for

HSBC as they build an industry leading merchant partnerships strategy.
